How do I get my key after buying?

Keys appear in your Library (and on your account under My Library). Click Reveal to view a key. If a key is not yet available, you'll see “Waiting for GMarketplace to provide your code” until we deliver it.

What if there's no stock?

If an item is out of stock, your order stays pending - no random code is generated. We deliver the real key to your Library as soon as possible.

How do Discord Boosts work?

Boost orders are fulfilled manually. They appear in your Library under My Items with a status (Pending → Seen → Completed) that we update as we process them.

Can I change my username?

Yes - go to your account page. Usernames are unique, so if one is already taken you'll be asked to pick another.

Which currencies can I use?

You can switch between USD ($), EUR (€) and CAD near the top of the site. Prices convert automatically.

How do coupon codes work?

If you have a coupon code, enter it at checkout. Valid coupons apply a discount to eligible items or categories.

Are refunds possible?

Revealed keys are final. Non-working keys may be replaced or refunded with valid proof - see the Refund Policy.
