Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from GMarketplace LLC (gmarketplace.io). Because we sell digital goods that are delivered instantly, refunds are limited. Please read this policy before purchasing.

1. Revealed keys are final

Once a CD key has been revealed in your Library, the sale is final and cannot be refunded, as the key can no longer be resold.

2. Non-working keys

• If a key does not work, you must provide an uninterrupted video recording from purchase to activation - this is the only accepted proof.
• Without that recording, a non-working key cannot be refunded or replaced.
• Valid claims will receive a replacement key or a refund at our discretion.

3. Pending orders

If your order is still pending (not yet delivered), you may request a full refund before delivery by contacting Support.

4. Discord Boost orders

Boost orders that have not started being fulfilled can be cancelled and refunded. Once a boost is applied, it cannot be reversed.
