Welcome to GMarketplace. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About GMarketplace

GMarketplace (gmarketplace.io) is operated by GMarketplace LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “GMarketplace” refer to GMarketplace LLC.

GMarketplace is a digital marketplace that sells game CD keys, gift cards and Discord server boosts. We act as an intermediary between buyers and our supply, delivering digital products electronically.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Usernames must be unique and must not impersonate others or infringe trademarks.

3. Purchases & delivery

  • Digital keys are delivered to your Library once stock is available. If an item is out of stock, your order will show as pending until we manually deliver the code.
  • Discord Boost orders are fulfilled manually and will appear in your Library under My Items with a status until completed.
  • Revealing a CD key marks it as used and permanently bound to your account.

4. In-Game Goods

Some products are in-game goods — items or virtual currencies such as points, coins, credits or pre-paid time cards intended for use inside a specific video game.

  • In-Game Goods are sold for personal enjoyment within the intended game only, and not for gambling, resale or speculative purposes.
  • GMarketplace does not support or promote gambling. If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, we encourage you to seek appropriate support.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing and using an In-Game Good complies with the relevant game's terms of service or end-user license agreement. Some titles restrict the transfer of in-game goods, and use of such products is at your own risk.
  • Certain In-Game Goods may require a minimum order value or may be unavailable in some regions or checkout methods due to legal or practical considerations.

5. Pricing & currency

Prices are shown in your selected currency (USD, EUR or CAD). Currency conversion is provided for convenience and may differ slightly from your bank's rate.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content and In-Game Goods delivered immediately, delivery begins as soon as your order is placed. By completing your purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once a key has been revealed or delivery has otherwise started, you lose any statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that item. Orders that have not yet been delivered may be cancelled and refunded.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to resell keys obtained through fraud, abuse coupon codes, use automated systems to place bulk orders, or otherwise misuse the platform.

8. Liability

GMarketplace acts as an intermediary and is not liable for publisher bans, platform changes, region locks or misuse of delivered products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
