Pain. Nothing but pain. Ive loved this game since it came out. 13 years ago. This game was nothing but features. Being armaed through a wall due to laggy server. Arma. Being launched into space hitting razor wire. Arma. Randomly combusting b/c you accidentally tapped another vic. Arma. Car randomly exploding/breaking b/c you hit a bush. ARMA.
I hate this game for making me unable to find another game that can scratch the Antistasi itch* but less jank. Not because of the guerilla warfare, i personally don't care about guerilla stuff, but it reminds me a lot of the Just Cause games, just done proper and as a skirmish campaign instead of being the whole point. *: It would probably be something like an asymmetrical persistent warfare game. basically nothing like Antistasi or Antistasi Ultimate currently exists.
It might have come out in 2013 but it is absolutely peak. 450 hours of gameplay is not enough, must play more arma..
The game offers a wide variety of vehicles and weapons, but if you add mods, you can turn it into a realistic simulator.
It can be a bit of a buggy chaotic mess at times, but overall it's a great game to play with friends along with making some new ones.
Fun, performance issues, but good. It's a demanding game and even with a beefy computer getting above 60 can be challenging.
