Reviews

Another fun far cry game The story is good, great character development with deep backstories, and i really like Pagan Min character in this game, The graphics still hold up in 2026,the landscape and the architecture in Kyrat is simply amazing and beautiful, Great gun play, And the soundtrack is not too bad. Overall it's 8/10 from me. My only complain is ubisoft with their awful launcher and unecessarily difficult login system. "...and I got blood on my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shoes!" - Pagan Min.

I've never understood all the problems people have with the Ubisoft launcher. I never had a technical problem with it, with any Farcry game. That being said, it is a minor annoyance to have to use it at all, but these games are very good.... so worth putting up with that and not really a reason to not recommend the game entirely. This was a really fun game, played through a couple of times, as I often do with most Farcry games.

Far cry 4. I love this game so much, this was my first far cry game and I'm hooked. Pagan min is actually a goat. I had to restart the game around 25% through the game, but that was fine, and I finished it and I have a feeling I've never felt beating a video game. Thank you.

This is my favorite Far Cry. The setting is unique, the gameplay is entertaining, and it's one of the few pieces of media that successfully has the villain be the only one who isn't a monster. I didn't have any Ubisoft Account connection issues like others here have. Be warned, it can be very easy to get burnt out on the Far Cry formula, so do yourself a favor and play this/these titles in moderation.

Almost perfect AAA title. More than a decade later and still as fun to play and looks beautiful as it did back then. Highly recommend.

Decided to replay the series. I found the open world very fun to explore. The map is decent size so you dont burnout exploring and adventuring. Story is good, there are developments and back stories that still hold up to this day. One of the better Far Cry games, 8/10.
