This remake is amazing! although after the suspense stops and you killed all the enemies in 1 location. it get's boring. Youtube is my friend to guide me to solve these puzzles other wise it's gonna take me centuries to solve them. Graphic is phenomenal. All in all 9/10. It's not that scary. lol
Silent Hill 2 Remake was incredible. It actually made me feel scared, and that's not something every horror game can do. It kept everything that made the original special while making it feel even more iconic. The atmosphere, gameplay, and overall experience were amazing. A true horror gem. 10/10
This was a thrill to play after playing all the modern RE games. It’s also a great way for someone like myself to experience Silent Hill for the first time. I can’t tell if I like this or SH: F better though. I would still highly recommend this if you’re a horror fan. Just note some of the puzzles can be finicky.
Absolutely impeccable. I waited a long time for this, scared to play it due to my love for the OG. I decided to give it a shot, after upgrading my pc to be able to max out the settings (highly recommend this, ray tracing looks incredible and the atmosphere feels incredibly brutal and vibrant.). I was not disappointed, not even once, I barely have any criticisms of this game, and it hit all the right spots that the OG hit for me too. 9.5/10, recommend it to fans of the OG and newcomers to SH
Played this in 4K with RTX and DLSS and honestly, it looked insane. The fog, the lighting, the reflections in the water, everything looked so good and made the whole game feel even more creepy and unsettling. Some parts genuinely looked like a horror movie. The story and puzzles were great too. Definitely worth playing if you're into dark, atmospheric horror games.
A profound, psychological exploration of grief, guilt and repression. This game was a wild ride start to finish. My partner and I couldn't stop trying to overanalyze and guess exactly what the twists and turns were going to be and in the end we were still left speechless. Glad this was my first Silent Hill experience and won't be my last.
